@easyJet Shocking Customer Service on the phone. Told they cannot help me and i cannot speak to anyone else, really disinterested. Trying to add three hold luggages and its trying to charge me £321 for the pleasure! Even though it’s advertised as £37 per case per flight.

The amount of respect & kindness Ive seen today from all staff at Addenbrookes @CUH_NHS just from people watching & from the service I have received so far myself being here all day in different depts has got me feeling rather emotional.Kindness really wins💙
