@UKPowerNetworks are the worst customer service I’ve experienced. Been waiting since April 13th for them to rectify the damage they did to my service head. Have chased so much I’m on my 6th call ref. Been told they will call me, not had any contact or updates ever.

@jlandpartners this is my baby daughters mattress after cleaning the black mould from her crib off it. I’ve also sent these pictures to customer services. When I tweeted you 7 hours ago I’m surprised & disappointed you didn’t reply.

@jlandpartners stripped my baby daughters crib, lifted the mattress to air it as I do weekly & this is the sight that greeted me 🤮 There is black mould through the mattress & her sheets as well.
