@OntheBeachUK I am struggling to reach you to discuss a refund I know you have received for a cancelled flight, what I do not know is why you haven’t passed it onto me.
I have called the number advised on the app and it always says the office is closed.
Please advise URGENTLY.

Have received an email from @easyJet denying a compensation claim after we were left stranded in Rhodes due to the air traffic issues 28/08..
I’m astounded they think their actions do not warrant any kind of financial support..
Has anyone from flight 2052 successfully claimed?

@easyJet Absolutely appalling support from easyJet..
We are stranded in Rhodes with zero help..
No actual information was given to us by ground team, passengers informed us our flight was cancelled and we have no available flights to transfer too.
What are we supposed to do?

It is with huge sadness that we confirm the death of serving officer PC Richard Kemp.

PC Kemp was taken ill on duty yesterday and was sadly pronounced dead at hospital.

Our thoughts are with his family who have asked for privacy at this time to come to terms with their loss.
