@lufthansa Will do, but I’d have expected some contact from yourselves if you’ve changed our flights. This has a knock-on effect for onward travel and we now have no indication of new arrival time. I’m also assuming your Service Centre is currently very busy with more immediate issues.

Just used the new @TUIUK self check-in @NCLairport. Checked in bags, skis, boots - the lot done in minutes, so easy. Brilliant! 👏🏻

@crystalski @crystalski The scenes at Salzburg airport are now laughable. After 7 hours here we’re being overnighted in a hotel, which is great. However there’s no planning to who gets on which bus and none of the reps seem to know what’s going on either... expecting tomorrow to be chaos too
