@eeldip @LauraMiers I agree. And I’ve had more than one dr tell me it doesn’t cause symptoms but when everything resolved after decompression surgery I beg to differ.

@heyletsmakestuf Oh no! Agree with the above advice. I know some vitamins are recommended. D and zinc I think. Can you teleconference your doc and get the Plaxo-med? Also besides door dash I used my Walmart membership to deliver stuff to hotel. Bottled water. Powerade. Etc.
