Q3 Yes, the county I live in was one of the lower starting salaries. I did not realize that before. I would like to know sometimes what determines lower pay for a school in one county vs. a school in another county that happens to be just a few miles away... #ap3040

A1 I feel the reason new teachers quit is because they find themselves putting in more work than what they are getting paid for. They are trying to fill the standards and become overwhelmed which may become too stressful for them. #ap3040
