The Shanksters did a deep dive into becoming paleontologists this week! Our culminating activity was using appropriate tools to dig up dinosaurs and then analyzing the characteristics of that dino! 🦴🦕🦖 #VCSscientists
Thr Shanksters have been learning about force, speed, and direction. Today they explored how far different objects move with the force of their breath through a straw. We had lots of Big Bad Wolf energy in the room!

Finishing school with 3 kids while working full-time was hard. Changing grade levels mid-year was stressful. Studying the standards and prepping materials is time consuming.

Tonight we recognized Angela Miller, a Support Facilitation teacher at Chisholm Elementary. She received the 2023 Rising Star Special Educator of the Year Award from @CECMembership. Principal Marple shared “The passion Ms. Miller has for her students does not go unrecognized!"
