Right now Tad Williams & I can be found mostly at Tad's FB page. We're back here periodically to check the mail & RT Tad things. (Also @tadwilliams.bsky.social & @mrstad.bsky.social.) https://t.co/KKKOzOqaMj
Started Shadowmarch while still reading The Dragonbone Chair, and despite seeing people call it Tad Williams’ weakest series, I’m hooked already. At this point, I think his prose and storytelling just work really well for me
@MrsTad@minncoma Tad normally touches darkness in small doses, but they hit like a sledgehammer! Like Orlando’s execution sim, or Bobby’s descent in the elevator (one of the scariest scenes I’ve read, I break out in a sweat.)
But the way shadow pervades everything, even the soul… wow.
Fantasy author Tad Williams announces he has a new fantasy series coming this summer, doing a cover reveal of his new book.
Will you be picking this up?

Cool Kickstarter project for a sci-fi/fantasy anthology featuring the likes of Terry Brooks, Brandon Sanderson, Tad Williams, R.A. Salvatore, Matt Dinniman, Christopher Ruocchio, and many more.

@ChazakielDoremi@societyimprover GRRM is mainly a sci-fi author, he has said multiple times that the author that really got him into writing fantasy was Tad Williams. And if you know Tad's style, you know hes much more Moorcok than Tolkien. https://t.co/9SX74J4mti
A masterfully immersive, patient & intricately layered fantasy. Osten Ard feels monumental yet intimate, richly textured with history, culture, and character-driven depth, alongside a quietly unfolding magical aspect that deepens the sense of wonder throughout.
