@EmathsUK I’d be really interested to hear what you would do to implement all you believe in a “typical” secondary if you were HoD. How would you bring everyone on board, keep workload manageable and manage the constraints that staffing and timetabling impose?
📢 Ok, get this...at @SparxMaths we've created the most AWESOME GCSE Crossover Workbooks (1 per strand) to support revision for those Qs that appear on both Foundation and Higher tiers. All you've got to do is like and retweet this and I'll send you your FREE copy next week 📢
Hi!
This is a long-shot, I have been unable to find a second school placement (3 weeks, 30 hours solo teaching in History KS3/KS4) due to schools having prior commitments.
Does anyone know of somewhere (ideally near Barnard Castle) that would kindly take me in?

@MrMorleyMaths@draustinmaths @PiXLMattTheApp @BrookeEHunter @MissNorledge I agree too! I use both of these sites regularly and the resources are excellent! My Y11 are using them in their independent revision too! Thank you!
@DrewSherratt23 Last year my students got a lot out of ‘Show that’ questions… the long ones with the answers already given and they had to show working to get there. They seemed to find it easier to get started and I think it helped build their resilience.
@nathanday314 4 in a Row game great for my nurture year 7. Like connect 4 but a 6x6 grid up to 36. Roll a dice and you can choose one multiple from that times table
