Disappointed with @BruceBoltUS. Received a replacement under the 100-day guarantee, only for the same defect to happen again — same glove, same spot, same use. Told I’m ineligible for another. This isn’t wear + tear — it’s a product flaw. Do better. #CustomerService #baseball

Hi @Canucks account person, Connor watches almost every game from the UK. He’s in Vancouver attending games Monday and Wednesday? Can we get him a tour down to the dressing room? He’s the most positive guy on #Canucks twitter. He’s also Vancouvers adopted son. ❤️

@AirCanada my cousin @Kotsab is in YYZ waiting for assistance at customer care after you cancelled AC8498 while she was in the air flying from Iceland to Toronto. Reason for the cancellation was Covid 19 pandemic??! Say whaaa? #compensation #dotherightthing #whatsthe411

[Victoria Nobel @MrsVNobel]

The notorious AC8498 strikes again and cancels the flight using Pandemic as the reason - @AirCanada do the right thing and compensate these travellers for having overnight in YYZ. This is most likely crew scheduling issue.

Two years ago we printed out some geological maps of Mars, hired an improv actor with 0 industry knowledge, and let him loose to chat with potential investors. All we can say is the experiment did not go as planned.
