@TUIUK apparently because of staff shortages, Mum waited over 2 hours for her luggage @ManchesterAirp to be told go home, fill a form in & we will have it sent to you by courier!! Absolute shambles!

@TUIUK absolute shambles waiting to pick my mum up from T2 Manchester airport!!!!! Most people waiting over 2 hours for their luggage. Shortage of staff apparently- not good enough!!
