@teamSPI@PatFlynn My husband and I have had a podcast for a few years now, but our target audience is very local. Do you know of any hosting platforms that will tell you city level, not just state?
You may wish to shrug off this story—it’s Austin after all. Don’t.
Housing affordability is a problem throughout our state. Public servants and lower income families need to be allowed to buy the kind of home they can afford. #txlege#housing
People bemoan how kids don't walk or bike to school anymore, but then we demand schools be built on massive pieces of land inevitably way out in the middle of nowhere.
In so many ways car culture makes traditional ways of living impossible.

Office occupancy still down by more than 50% (!) and the return to office trend is starting to plateau
@Beth_Wanless@ComradeTexan@hvogell I’d bet lots of these single family homes have strict zoning, which leaves owner occupiers with less flexibility should their neighborhood be targeted. I’d like to see owner occupiers get a zoning overlay to give them more rights to develop property for cash flow (ex. ADU).
@EricTheTexan It's even worse than that: If you tear down your multi-family property or let it sit empty more than 6 months, it automatically reverts to single-family.
