@virginmedia how do I change the delivery date for my new hub. All the options are greyed out in Yodel's app. Delivery was attempted today and will be attempted tomorrow but I need to change to Friday when I can be home
@HeathrowAirport can you help educate your staff in Duty Free? We nearly missed our flight as we bought a bottle of alcohol and the receipt didn't print. They insisted we needed one otherwise this would get removed from us when we arrived at our destination which was not the case

@SimonCalder I'm genuinely confused about EES. Each time we have gone away we have had to do the photo and fingerprints each time. I thought once you had done both you then only needed to do one on each subsequent visit?
@British_Airways Hi Claire, so after sending a DM all I get is "there is no update". Not particularly helpful. I am asking if this can be escalated please as 5 days is unacceptable to have no idea where my bag is and not allowing me to replace lost items.
