Booked an excursion with tui in tunisia for 7.25am. Reception told us they turned up at 7 am and left without us. No way of getting in touch with you from abroad. Terrible service

@Its_Miss_W@missgeog92 I did a year of supply. Couldnt get an ect position. Now working a call centre job. I wouldn't say pay is better but loads of opportunity for double pay overtime and a much, much better work-life balance. Get paid for even working 15 mins past my shift. So much happier
@Uber_Support Just to let you know the driver didnt even pick up the food. The restaurant called him and all he had to say was that they get paid regardless so why are they bothered. Poor guy at the restaurant was very apologetic

@virginmedia shocking service! Intermittent wifi for over 3 mnth. Keep getting fobbed off, cant cancel for another 6 months because I'm in contract. So you take my money, don't provide the service I'm paying for, then I pay more to cancel - couldn't make this shit up if i tried!!
@virginmedia No there aren't. I keep calling your call centre and they keep asking me to monitor it over 24 hours but nothing changes. I work from home and it's really stressing me out now
