Each class created a monster using materials like construction paper, glue, cardboard, balloons, etc. & wrote a description & a set of instructions to share with their partner class. Each class recreated their partner’s monster using only the written description and instructions.

2nd Graders at Carroll Hill participated in Monster Match 2022 through @NYSDLC & @CiTi_BOCES (@CiTiKristin).

They partnered with a class in Orchard Park (near Buffalo) to share instructions to recreate their class monster - and received similar instructions from their partners.
