@TfL The “Bus Times” app kept saying the bus was arriving in a few minutes — then delaying it again and again. Ended up waiting over 30 minutes. Appalling service. Fares keep going up, yet this is the reliability? Esp other buses get to come every few mins. Unjust.
@Debenhams @GiniLondon hello, I returned the item on the 10th January. There was no order form attached upon receiving the package. I returned it back due to multiple sizes via Royal Mail. I got the receipt for it! Why is the refund taking so long.
@Ask_DP@Dorothy_Perkins Honestly cant wait for this unlimited delivery to end. It’s ridiculous having to chase up returns by emailing random companies through your site. If I wanted this stress Id shop elsewhere. Ordering direct is actually easier and more reliable at this point
@BiscuitBoutique i dont appreciate being ignored as Ive emailed few times! My order was amended to be scheduled to deliver on 5th June before Eid. Unfortunately Eid is over and it still hasnt arrived as tracking say it has not been dispatched. So id like to cancel and a refund.
@PureGym hello I’m trying to freeze my account but for some reason it’s freezing from July. I do not want that. I want it to frozen from this month. If it’s going to take my full money from my account I want to cancel the subscription as it’s unfair.

@sainsburys brought the mushrooms today, its not till 2nd Nov. Already most of the mushrooms are fungi and moldy. How could u store it in the shop! I refuse to cook it. I have proof of receipt that its been brought today. Glad I requested for the receipt as I dont usually bother!

@RohimaBegum2005 Please resolve the case with urgency. I want to see this get resolved as due to u @virginmedia the @o2 sim was taken up. Its been nearly 3 months now & it still hasnt been resolved! Really disappointed with this service, not being dealt with is causing me stress
