Hi @SouthwestAir I earned 138K+ points in ‘25 to qualify for my Companion Pass for ‘26, but it still isn’t showing. I’ve called 2x (one agent opened a claim) and I also submitted a claim, but haven’t heard anything. I’m really need help getting this resolved. Can someone help?
