Over dinner my eighth grader at MNM said, “You know, I have a lot of respect for Mr. Defreece. He teaches AND all of the class is engaged. Class was actually interesting and fun! He doesn’t do his job half way.” Shout out to Mr. Defreece! You are magic. #Proud2bMPS

One of my favorite tech tools is Google Drive. I know it is older; however, it is so handy and seamless. Too, I love using canva. Canva makes everything visually appealing.

I believe the future of Ed Tech is bright! Students love using technology. As a teacher, I love that my students don't have the excuse that I lost their paper. Brilliant! :)

@alexduffyyy I haven't tried asking for apps or tools that were not listed. However, I have great leaders that will listen and consider my rational when asking for other things to be approved. It is tricky though!

When educators are looking for. ed tech tools to use in the classroom they should consider the following:
1. Does your district support the use of the tech tool?
2. Is the tech tool accessible to all your students?
3. How will you pre-teach use of the tech tool?
