If last night was just the trailer for the movie starting today, I’m afraid we all be deaf by the time it ends! The noise (I refuse to call it music!) coming from somewhere near BMCC College was so loud that it made the glass windows shake.
No one is taking the stern warnings seriously! How bad do things have to get before they change?

Warnings are of no use if there is no accountability.
