@matthewfdesmond @Jules_Keeley Soldiers in the pacific were locked down as well. We received fines and punitive punishment for violating the lockdown. So there are certainly people in the world who were locked down. All nonessential businesses were closed

@matthewfdesmond @Jules_Keeley Actually we were. In Germany, we couldn’t leave homes except for work. Had a curfew of 9pm. Could not be in vehicles with persons who were not family. Etc. so, yeah, US soldiers in Germany were definitely locked down.
