@BBCWatchdog over three days I was on hold to British Gas for a total of 2 hours. I was trying to upgrade my service agreement which meant paying them more money a month but still didn’t get anywhere. Eventually they phoned me back 2 weeks later!

@lorraine this is a final plea. I know you have the TT boys in today. My friends and I have tried to get hold of GB for months. Battling terminal cancer and wanted him to sing at my wedding on 29th December. His team said no but we know this wont have come from GB pl help 🙏🏻
