It’s actually disgusting and Ableist of both “sides” to debate the right to life for severely Disabled children—in front of severely Disabled adults like me, no less!—without first doing anything to make our lives better so that fewer parents feel compelled to abort us. 1/
Social security just sent me a letter telling me I'm no longer getting paid
I have literally zero income I'm gonna die what the fuck
Please help me: https://t.co/siYQX48RHB
@quilssachent@MarthaAhumuza You’re ableist and condescending. Yes I do. I have a cousin who’s nonverbal, other disabled cousins, I’ve been resuscitated because complications from one of my disabilities, friends, family friends one who has DS who I used to babysit when I was healthier. Be a better person.
There’s a difference between not wanting your child to be disabled and not wanting your child BECAUSE they’re disabled. This isn’t hard to differentiate.
@rebrandno8 Isn’t that embarrassing for you that they’re better allies to us disabled people than you? Don’t you see the humanity in people different than you & want to learn instead of talking over and mocking us? I’m a leftist but this is why so many disabled people vote republican wake up
Disabled person: I feel hurt when people talk about the disability I have and say it would be better if people like me weren’t born
Abled: you SELFISH disgusting [abled slur] how DARE you. People don’t want to see your suffering and it’s actually evil for you to suggest that
@onceinfiume You don’t know what you’re talking about lol. Preventing or ending disabled life because of the disability is eugenics. Also ableism. You can look it up if you care but I don’t think you do so here’s an article for anyone else who might see this

Reminder if you have Down’s syndrome you aren’t required to be sweet, kind, smiling, wholesome, and gentle to be a valuable human being worthy of existing. You’re allowed to be an asshole like everyone else. The price for your life isn’t being a constant ray of sunshine. I love all the stories of these wonderful humans living well and blessing others while having Down’s syndrome. I just want to remind folks that being easy to deal with isn’t required to be worthy of your own life. It’s not like *oh that one is fine they’re so cute*. You could be a total butthole and honestly same you’re just like everyone else. You get to be unpleasant. No one is always a quaint delight. Be a prick and you still get to *live*.
I urgently need $150 to cover my children's basic needs for food, milk, and diapers. Any contribution, no matter how small, can make a big difference to us. Thank you for your support. https://t.co/sdWgWgzIFO
@turningmystile I don’t think that but I do think preventing disabled life is eugenics because that’s the definition so I understand it’s a complex topic. Otherwise love abortion just hate nazi stuff more
@T_Clemens420@astrolamont@blondemedSJW This is a fascinating concept though, you think anti ableism is superficiality? Why’s that? Is your advocacy superficial? And who am I trying to get to pick me? Maybe I’ll slide in their DMs lol
nothing is more embarrassing than watching a grown adult carefully prune every inconvenient thought from their mind so they can remain a perfect specimen of whatever belief system they’ve attached themselves to.
