If you haven't bought your winter coat yet, I suggest you do so soon. Downright stupid cold showing up on the GFS for mid-Nov. Long way off and this frankly may be overdone. But we are getting to that time of year when arctic shots could start coming.

@SethPonder @iceindiana The system creates the pressure and it needs to change. To measure the effectiveness of a school, you need more than one indicator. We are paying millions of dollars to test companies to give us one data point. It’s demeaning to all the amazing teachers and kids in the state.

Some kids are easy to connect with. They’re friendly, and they’re comfortable talking to adults. Those kids probably don’t need you as much as the ones who are a little awkward. It might be harder to connect with them... but don’t give up. There’s a good chance they’re lonely.
