@tierra_hills I agree! When we implement Ed Tech we are preparing them for their futures as technology is only going to become more and more prevalent!
Wrap-Up: I think #edtech is just going to continue to develop and grow! I see us moving down a more tech-based path for future education and #edtech will be a key component of it! I can't wait to see how education evolves throughout my career! #tldeuno2021
A3: Pre-teaching! I often will find a digital resource that I want to use, but first I would need to teach my students how to navigate it. I've found that taking the time & doing the pre-teaching necessary beforehand will save us time in the long run! #tldeuno2021
@AlyssaJ87428916@nearpod Yes! I student taught in 1st grade and the kids were able to access it very easily! Once you teach them how to log in with the code and the basic features, they will be ready to go!
A2: My favorite #EdTech tool is @nearpod. I use Nearpod daily in my classroom to teach lessons in both the whole group and small group setting! I especially love the features Nearpod offers and the formative assessment aspect of it! #tldeuno2021
@LudlumClaire I have used flip grid a ton of times in my grad classes, but have yet to use it in my classroom! I definitely want to find a use for it next year!
@mrs_rutledge37@nearpod No! I create slides on google slides and then convert them into nearpods! That way I can customize them however I want and save them for future use!
@Miss_Denker Assistive technology is such an important component when it comes to providing all of our students with equitable learning opportunities! #TLDE2021
A1: To me, Educational Technology means using digital or online tools and resources for instruction, engagement, or creation in an educational setting! #tldeuno2021
