Justice Amy Coney Barrett wrote the majority. Chief Justice Roberts joined her — along with all three liberal justices. Justice Alito dissented, arguing that "Election Day" means a single day, the same way "Labor Day" and "Independence Day" do.

THE PROBLEM:
→ Federal law sets Election Day but imposes NO receipt deadline for ballots
→ ~30 states have grace-period laws allowing post-Election Day receipt if postmarked on time
→ Mississippi's law — the one at issue — allows receipt up to five business days after Election Day
→ The RNC's challenge to preempt all of those state rules just FAILED at the highest court in the land

THE RULING:
→ Barrett's majority: "Nothing in the federal election-day statutes requires ballots to be received by election day"
→ Roberts crossed the aisle to make it 5-4
→ Alito's dissent: the word "Day" in Election Day is not decorative
→ Congress still has authority to pass uniform receipt deadlines — the SAVE America Act is now the only legislative path left

📢 Breaking News: Dr. Steven Greer has released a June 29 letter putting the U.S. government on a 60-day clock.

In a letter to officials in the United States government, @DrStevenGreer says The Disclosure Project intends to solicit and publicly release what he describes as “hard evidence” related to UAPs, reverse-engineering programs, biological evidence, and alleged illegal covert operations unless officials respond in writing by August 29, 2026.

He claims more than 800 whistleblowers have been debriefed over 35 years, and says evidence has already been provided to members of Congress and a confidential task force.

Greer also argues that any UFO programs operating outside constitutional authority are not entitled to national security protection.

Important caveat: the letter itself does not release new evidence.

At Langley Air Force Base objects flew every night for 17 days. "The Air Force to this date and the administration do not seem to know where those objects came from," Mellon said. Rep Burlison says that disclosure must come from intelligence agencies that he believes are buried within the Department of Energy.

"Q clearance" is the Department of Energy's highest security authorization, which I believe are involved with recovering bodies and tech from UFO crashes.

There's a level of clearance above that inside the NSA for "white hats" having direct contact (Q Group).

At the highest level, contact has already begun.
