And this changes EVERYTHING about the 2026 midterms.
๐จ THE SUPREME COURT JUST RULED 5-4 THAT STATES CAN COUNT MAIL-IN BALLOTS ARRIVING AFTER ELECTION DAY. THIS ISN'T A PROCEDURAL FOOTNOTE. THIS IS AN ELECTION ARCHITECTURE SIGNAL.
Justice Amy Coney Barrett wrote the majority. Chief Justice Roberts joined her โ along with all three liberal justices. Justice Alito dissented, arguing that "Election Day" means a single day, the same way "Labor Day" and "Independence Day" do.
Let that sink in.
THE PROBLEM:
โ Federal law sets Election Day but imposes NO receipt deadline for ballots
โ ~30 states have grace-period laws allowing post-Election Day receipt if postmarked on time
โ Mississippi's law โ the one at issue โ allows receipt up to five business days after Election Day
โ The RNC's challenge to preempt all of those state rules just FAILED at the highest court in the land
THE RULING:
โ Barrett's majority: "Nothing in the federal election-day statutes requires ballots to be received by election day"
โ Roberts crossed the aisle to make it 5-4
โ Alito's dissent: the word "Day" in Election Day is not decorative
โ Congress still has authority to pass uniform receipt deadlines โ the SAVE America Act is now the only legislative path left
๐ ~30 states can continue extended counting windows โ legally, immediately, ahead of November 2026
๐ Election-night results in close races will remain subject to days of subsequent updates
๐ The RNC spent years building this challenge โ it ends here, at SCOTUS, four months before the midterms
๐ Barrett, the justice conservatives expected to close this door, wrote the opinion that kept it open
โ ๏ธ California processes ballots over multiple weeks โ that continues unchanged
โ ๏ธ Chain-of-custody and verification challenges are amplified by extended receipt windows in close districts
โ ๏ธ The SAVE America Act is the only remaining vehicle for a uniform Election Day receipt deadline
They're showing you a "narrow procedural ruling" about one Mississippi law.
They're NOT showing you that this ruling covers ~30 states, millions of potential ballots, and lands four months before a midterm election where the House majority is decided by single-digit margins in a handful of districts.
You don't reject a Supreme Court challenge to state election law
โ and leave 30 states' counting windows legally untouched
โ and have Roberts join the liberals to do it
โ without that meaning the entire post-Election Day counting architecture just got a green light it won't lose before November.
Prepare accordingly. ๐จ๐จ๐จ

๐จ Mamdani has 3 options left with New York's power grid. All 3 are catastrophic.
This is the moment nobody wants to talk about.
After weeks of grid strain, brownouts, and a heat index at 110ยฐF โ the mayor is now boxed into THREE choices. And every single one is a nightmare:
โ ๏ธ OPTION 1: KEEP ASKING
โ Thermostat requests stay "voluntary"
โ Con Edison keeps cutting power to neighborhoods anyway
โ Bronx residents already lost power July 2nd
โ The "abundance for all" campaign promise looks hollow within 6 months
โ Trust in the administration erodes with every cut
โ ๏ธ OPTION 2: MANDATE IT
โ Voluntary asks become enforced rules
โ "Set your thermostat to 78" becomes a fine if you don't
โ Every critic calling this rationing gets handed the proof
โ The "smiley ask, then a demand" prediction comes true on schedule
โ ๏ธ OPTION 3: DO NOTHING AND LET THE GRID FAIL
โ Wider blackouts across NYC in peak heat
โ Vulnerable residents without AC in 110ยฐF heat index conditions
โ Infrastructure failure becomes the defining story of the term
โ No mayor survives being blamed for a summer blackout
Let that sink in.
There is no Option 4. There is no clean exit. There is no "we deliver abundance and reliable power."
The media is showing you a routine energy-conservation tip.
They're NOT showing you that a mayor elected on free-everything promises is already asking citizens to use less, six months in.
This is the most dangerous test any new mayor has faced since the last major NYC blackout.

๐จ Today the California Senate Committee held a hearing on the โStop Nick Shirley Act,โ known as AB 2624. This bill will criminalize and punish anyone from looking into fraud inside immigrant communities in California.
This bill was created only after I exposed billions of dollars in fraud throughout immigrant communities in the US. โImmigration support servicesโ have become a billion dollar industry in California, and now that the fraud has been exposed, they are trying to criminalize those who look into the fraud.
The bill has passed through the California Assembly and is set to pass through the Senate and then to Governor Newsomโs desk. This bill was created by the Attorney Generals WIFE and will allow him to go after citizens if they film nonprofits and โimmigration support services providersโ.
Welcome to Califraudia.
Rep Tim Burchett says he received a warning from someone inside the Trump Administration that he needed to increase his security
He wants to make it clear โIโm not suicidalโ
He says this warning came after pushing for answers about UFOs. He was told people donโt want this information out, and we know theyโre willing to kill to keep it a secret
โWell, I'll tell you this, the part where I said I'm not suicidal โ I was sitting at the house and I got a call from a, I'll just say a friend of the administration had told me โ I'd kicked a hornet's nest and they said, "You need to get bodies around you."
And you know, I'm in East Tennessee, I've got bodies around me. You know, there's enough good old boys out there. I don't know exactly what that means, But yeah, it's a literal โ we have kicked a virtual hornet's nest and these people don't want this stuff outโ
Heโs right, there are serious risks to your life for seeking answers to this
There are at least 12 documented recent cases primarily in 2022โ2026 involving scientists, researchers and officials with ties to sensitive US government programs in aerospace, nuclear and UAP/UFO related research
This is not a coincidence
It's Weather Warfare

EXACTLY! BTW although I watched this in real timeโฆ I didn't learn about building seven till damn near a decade laterโฆ They kept that under wraps pretty good and I still don't understand how the firefighters didn't say anythingโฆ
Sometimes I will just think about Building 7 falling down, how the BBC reported on it before it even happened, and how the investigations concluded a small office furniture fire brought a building down like a controlled demolition.
How can anyone in 2026 believe that narrative?
Lue Elizondo: "Roswell was a real UFO crash retrieval & there were alien bodies" ๐ฝ๐ธ
The former director of the Pentagon's secret AATIP program reveals what he knows about the 1947 Roswell UFO crash retrieval on the Glenn Beck Podcast. He states that material recovered from the incident was examined by his team and top scientists who confirmed it remains impossible to replicate. "To this day we still cannot replicate the physical properties of the material that was recovered."
Elizondo explains there were two crashes not one. One reportedly involved biological specimens with four entities that were quickly secured and taken to a military base. He adds that material was also analyzed at Wright Patterson Air Force Base.

Steven Greer just released a pledge to the world about nuclear war and aliens...
The tone is urgent and he seems tired and a bit depressed.
Is he releasing this, right now, for a specific reason?

@VladMorbius@maniaUFO OH MY GOD! but one of the "gringos sounded American... I mean I guess they couldโฆ But I just always thought it was related to some Contractors Tech) somehow but I really have no idea. This is interesting connection nowโฆ And I mean frightening but we still need the truth.
๐ข Breaking News: Dr. Steven Greer has released a June 29 letter putting the U.S. government on a 60-day clock.
In a letter to officials in the United States government, @DrStevenGreer says The Disclosure Project intends to solicit and publicly release what he describes as โhard evidenceโ related to UAPs, reverse-engineering programs, biological evidence, and alleged illegal covert operations unless officials respond in writing by August 29, 2026.
He claims more than 800 whistleblowers have been debriefed over 35 years, and says evidence has already been provided to members of Congress and a confidential task force.
Greer also argues that any UFO programs operating outside constitutional authority are not entitled to national security protection.
Important caveat: the letter itself does not release new evidence.
But it does make a clear public claim: respond within 60 days, or The Disclosure Project says it will move toward releasing what it has.
The question then becomes this: Was this just a bluff by Greer and his team, or does this have real merit? #ufox #ufotwitter
Reminder to everyone freaking out the daily never seen before violent Thunderstorms.
Its probably almost certainly is definitely due to millions upon millions of tonnes of metallic particulates being dumped into the atmosphere every single day.
Chris Mellon: "The facts are undeniable. Our government does not understand the origin or intention of these UFO's" ๐ธ๐ฝ๐ฑ
"These kinds of incursions have been happening at bases all over the United States and overseas."
At Langley Air Force Base objects flew every night for 17 days. "The Air Force to this date and the administration do not seem to know where those objects came from," Mellon said. "These kinds of intrusions are actually disrupting military operations. If the air combat command at Langley can't control its own airspace then you wonder how effectively could they protect Washington and other cities."
He pointed out that while some may be drones in other cases the objects show "incredible kinds of performance that surpass anything that we have on the books even on the drawing board."
Mellon also mentioned incidents over Navy ships where the objects flew right up to the bridge and illuminated them in what seemed like deliberate provocation.
The government still lacks clear answers on the origin capabilities or intentions of many of these intruders according to the longtime intelligence official.
๐จ The Palantir lawsuit may be the most important tech case in America right now. The complaint states that AI systems were turned inward on the public to surveil, profile, censor, and manipulate Americans without consent. @Ronjamesfilms joins us.
Rep Burlison says that disclosure must come from intelligence agencies that he believes are buried within the Department of Energy.
"Q clearance" is the Department of Energy's highest security authorization, which I believe are involved with recovering bodies and tech from UFO crashes.
There's a level of clearance above that inside the NSA for "white hats" having direct contact (Q Group).
At the highest level, contact has already begun.
If there's going to be any meaningful disclosure before the Shift, it must come from willing people inside these agencies.
