A3. When I gave a professor negative feedback he saw no reason why I couldn’t comprehend the material and made no changes. After that encounter I will always make sure that my students feel comfortable telling me I need to do a better job to help them learn. #RuralEdChat
Final takeaway...we can't make connections for students, so we must provide opportunities or moments for students to make their own connections. #esc11math
This really got to me yesterday as I was heading to my classroom, but just to see their smiling faces and positive reactions makes me realize why I want to become a teacher! #MTBoS
I noticed that @hourofcode was on Google homepage recently. I should really check out how it works across different grade levels. Story making sounds fun.
This is very interesting and I think the education systems may need to budget for some improvements to meet up-to-date technologies, but I also know that higher education students have many more problems that need critical attention. On a brighter side, check out liquid chalk.
Students took a field trip to California Poly. Noticed some classes still had chalkboards, why?! The professors wanted to keep them. SAD when those in education cling to the past. We teach the future.
Family Math Night was a great experience and might suggest it to the future school I work at if they do not offer similar experiences. I also like your picture since I could see Rachel and my game, Throw Those Disks, an addition game with a number sentence to do on a clothesline.
Throwback to two of my colleagues’ multiplication fluency game. This game helps students learn multiplication in fast rate while playing a racing game at the same time! #MTBoS
I also got to use @PearDeck to export flashcards to @quizlet
Checkout the flashcards I made to help me study for an upcoming quiz

I got to try an interactive technology resource which is new to me, @PearDeck and their Flashcard Factory. I made flashcards to help me with some vocabulary for the RICA. Check it out if you would like: https://t.co/NwVglexh4q, code lqjmm

Wow, I don't own a @JENGA, but this is a really good reason to maybe buy one just to add to my future classroom and differentiate for different grades.
Uuu, I remember my first time exploring Oobleck was at a science fair at my little brother's middle school. Later that summer we tried to make our own. It felt so good to explore how it goes from smooth slimy to hard and scary to get out of.
