Hello twitterverse -- I am asking for your mutual aid and help. Our sweet babygirl, Pepper has been diagnosed with B-Cell Lymphoma. We are devastated and trying to keep our heads up about it--it is so scary and difficult to face death with your family so early.
Congrats to 2023 Creative Impact Grant winner Natalie Watts of @LCHSBears! 🥳 This “Capturing the Cub Reporter” grant will provide the LC student-run newspaper with their very own cameras to use for reporting! 📸

Central Indiana parents share their thoughts about a new law that requires schools to notify them when a student requests a different name or pronouns. https://t.co/J25Osy5IxE
"I wrote it for teenagers": Indiana author John Green is calling out Hamilton East Public Library after his novel, "The Fault in Our Stars," was moved into the adult section as part of the library's new collection policy. News 8's @DZulkosky reports.

Mr. Maloney leading the way in our 10th grade class meeting. Care, support, high expectations and plenty of opportunities for our students! #LCExcellence#PrideOf56thSt
@johngreen We continue and will continue to shelve TFIOS in the teen section. We invite you, @johngreen, and anyone who needs access to a robust collection to come visit us anytime. We even have a brand new Library opening at Fort Benjamin Harrison on August 19th! https://t.co/uVXCU7iTHE
The Fault in Our Stars has been removed from the YA section in the suburbs of Indianapolis and is now considered a "book for adults." This is ludicrous. It is about teenagers and I wrote it for teenagers.
Teenagers are not harmed by reading TFIOS. This is such an embarrassment to the city of @FishersIN.
My reply to the board members of @FishersIN and @NoblesvilleIN seeking to remove my books (and over a hundred others) from the young adult literature shelves in their libraries. Heartbreaking for this to happen in Central Indiana, where I live and strive to support.
It's #DCI2023 Finals Week, so we're highlighting @msdwarren Music Teachers who used to march drum corps. Today we feature @WarrenBands Director and @WCPerfArts Dept. Chair Ed Meckes. Mr. Meckes marched in @TheCadets in 1999, and @TheGLASSMEN in 2000 & 2001.📯
Hey Twitter verse. Me again. My little baby, Pepper, still needs funding to treat her canine lymphoma and extend her lifespan. Without chemo, her prognosis is slated a little over 9 months. She is only 5 and the absolute best thing about our little lives.
HOWEVER. She is now being sponsored by The Magic Bullet Fund, which is a non-profit offering TAX EXEMPT donations!
We are pleading and begging you to just share this so that someone who is willing and able to donate has the chance. Your shares are so vital at this stage!
