@SkyHelpTeam The earlier blue & grey remotes were far, far better. With the back up, stop, search buttons. Had black sky Q remote for a year now & still don’t like it, can’t find things, can’t just stop & catch up with shows if you’ve rewound it. Should have the option for the other remote.
