@rleder @BulwarkOnline There's more than you think. Every small town has people that own 3 or 4. Rental houses in college towns are all pretty much owned by middle class boomers that own 3 or 4 rental homes. Way easier than managing an apartment bldg.

It's a strategy pushed by every "get wealthy" self help book for the last 30 years. It's "smart," but not sustainable.
