in the grand scheme of just wanting an answer about my broken phone, I've had a phone call from @2degreesmobile sale side trying to get me to upgrade my Flip 4 to a Flip 5. The caller had no idea that I just wanted an answer and then tried to upsell me to WIFI.

So over the bad service from both @2degreesmobile and @Samsungnz regarding my Flip 4 that broke after 10 months and is still under warranty. I work hard to have nice things and am old enough to appreciate them.
