@Watif_pgVIIth@JeromeChisikwa@JamalKhashy This is what he does. Makes big sweeping statements and as soon as he’s called out he doesn’t want to talk anymore and the insults start. Waste of time
@JeromeChisikwa Care to share these key factors?
And section 43 isn’t “bullshit”. Pray/hope you never find yourself in a situation where it comes to your aid
@JeromeChisikwa Did you want the court to ignore the constitution because the damages may end up being extreme? Is this how you want our courts to behave? Please try and be serious. Focus on those responsible for creating this mess
@JeromeChisikwa Let me break this down for you in the most simplified way-
The constitution gives everyone the right to be heard before administrative action is taken. RBM failed to do this, and so the court found against them because of this failure. How else did you want the court to rule?
@JeromeChisikwa Well yes actually. It’s exactly what the Constitution says - how does your wise-self not understand this? Otherwise what is the point of the Constitution. It is literally the court’s job to uphold the constitution. Here’s a tip - try reading the constitution and start from there
@JeromeChisikwa No, clearly you haven’t. The SCA found that RBM didn’t follow the correct procedure and did not give the bank the “constitutional” right to be heard prior to taking action. Please, leave the law to those that understand and stop sensationalising everything
Some free advice. If you’re going to steal billions and leave a clear trail through the formal banking system because you’re just not intelligent - then run far away with the money
BREAKING: The Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) has arrested Greenbelt Chief Executive Officer Eric Dudley Chidzungu in connection to the #GreenbeltCashgate. Over K39 billion was reportedly paid in fraudulent deals.
@mcbrams So your opinion is that the state can do what it likes, and a citizen who seeks to enforce his rights in defence “looks guilty”?
Quite some take that is
Elon Musk breaks down climate change in the simplest way possible: Forget the extremes — not “climate change is fake” and not “Earth sinks in 5 years.” We’re pumping billions of tons of carbon from underground into the atmosphere. Obviously that will change the planet. The only question is: how fast? His estimate: not 5 years, not 500 years — but roughly 50. And the solution is simple: lean toward solar and batteries, and stop subsidizing oil.
Electrical engineer explains why keeping your laptop plugged in is actually better for the battery than constantly charging it.
But I always thought it was the other way around.🤔
