1/2 @Parcel2Go I booked my parcel for collection few days ago, and it was supposed to be collected on Aug 04. This was a return parcel, which needed delivering in time for my return to be processed. The parcel never got collected. The website shows order status as Delivered.

@Parcel2Go 2/2 . When clicking on Order details, it still says pending information from courier. This is highly unprofessional, and can cost me the price of the parcel, if not delivered in time.

2/2 Instead of owning up to their mistake @Uber is refusing to make a refund, when the picture shown as proof of delivery is someone else's door. And here I thought @Uber cares about its customers. Such a shame !!!

1/1 We only gotten back from our holiday last evening and ordered food with @Uber Eats, only to discover an hour later, it was delivered to a cmpltly diffrnt addrss across the town, and has been marked as complete.
