الحكمة في الدعوة إلى الله

قال تعالى : ادْعُ إِلَىٰ سَبِيلِ رَبِّكَ بِالْحِكْمَةِ وَالْمَوْعِظَةِ الْحَسَنَةِ ۖ وَجَادِلْهُم بِالَّتِي هِيَ أَحْسَنُ ۚ إِنَّ رَبَّكَ هُوَ أَعْلَمُ بِمَن ضَلَّ عَن سَبِيلِهِ ۖ وَهُوَ أَعْلَمُ بِالْمُهْتَدِينَ (125)

Shaykh Salih al-Fawzan was asked: Is it permissible to praise the ruler and to exaggerate in praising him in front of the citizens, or is it sufficient to command the people to be patient and adhere to [the foundation] of hearing and obeying and not revolting [against the Muslim ruler]?

Answer: it is binding upon him to remain silent.

If he wants to clarify to the people, then let him clarify the ruling in Islam regarding obeying the [Muslim] rulers and hearing and obeying them [in other than haram].

Hearing and obeying them in that which Allah and his Messenger ﷺ commanded with, furthermore being patient upon mistake(s) which result from them which does not reach the level of disbelief.

هل يجوز مدح الإمام أو المبالغة في مدحه أمام الرعية، أم يكفي بأن ي��مر الناس بالصبر ولزوم السمع والطاعة وعدم الخروج؟

الاحابة:
يلزمه الصمت وإذا أراد أن يبين للناس يبين أن حكم الإسلام طاعة ولاة الأمور والسمع والطاعة لهم ولاة أمور المسلمين والسمع والطاعة لهم بما أمر الله به وأمر به رسوله صلى الله عليه وسلم والصبر على ما يحصل منهم من خطأ لا يصل إلى حد الكفر، نعم.

@hikmahpubs This boycotting topic is not an important topic and definitely not something we should be wasting time on - it is just a massive distraction. As students of knowledge, all efforts should be focused on calling people to return to their religion as that is how we get victory.

@hikmahpubs I think during times like this where many on here are emotionally charged it is important (especially as students of knowledge) to be clear and careful with our words as it can harm the Salafi dawah. These evidences are correct but do not apply to Israeli products currently!
