What remains is its long-pending implementation.

At the same time, the unilateral and discriminatory PLI system must be abolished and replaced with a fair, transparent and inclusive framework for all employees, recognising the collective effort behind every institution’s performance.

Hardworking bank employees are not asking for privilege.
They are asking for implementation of an agreement and equality in reward.
A motivated banking workforce strengthens Indian banking and the nation.

Yesterday we visited HO Gurugram to meet DPMD officials for removal of day end check for CKYC and IAD officials on increased no of staff side cases .
On CKYC and Rekyc our field with great support of HO DPMD division has done a tremendous and appreciable job for which you all deserve a big appreciation .
In last nine years new customer ID opened and for old accounts around 13 cr ckyc was required and out of thar only 30 lakes are pending .so less than 3 pc pending as on date out of which only 1 pc in case of new cust ID . HO DPMD has almost made real time data available on mobile APP for new accounts opened for documents scanning through Mobile APP which we checked with a branch where I was not showing it was checked with DpMD officials who confirmed few issues today that was taken up with IT officials .we urge our branch officials colleagues to use this mobile APP for ckyc documents scanning on daily basis and minimize this pendency to lowest possible so there is no centralised day end check from 1 st Oct for ckyc .September end is the RBI deadline to clear pendency for ckyc and rekyc due up to March 26 .otherwise we will face penalty. Though our bank position on ckyc is much much better than many other PSB including SBI .DPMD officials know that field is facing lot of work pressure and constraints and still doing well though few branches needs more work to do on this front .they were appreciative of branch officials work on ckyc .
