What the actual fuck!!

A 32-year-old lecturer was stabbed at a railway station in Mumbai.

Instead of immediately shifting him to a hospital....

“The GRP police were informed and a railway police came but they took half an hour to complete the procedure of taking details about the incident,” the family said.

When he was eventually taken to a hospital, he had died.
