Supposed to be moving house tomorrow. Our buyer has received confirmation that they are completing in the morning with removal company turning up at 8:15. We haven’t heard a dicky bird! @YopaProperty you recommended Beaumont Legal - can you explain?! They have been a disgrace! 🤬

@fandrews @YopaProperty Yes, thankfully. There was no customer service, no care as to where my buyer had spent the night with all of her belongings and my money transferred at 17:29, so no time for me to arrange my deposit on the new house. I am never doing this again! Good luck with your move 🍀 🤞

@YopaProperty Disgraceful customer service! Our buyer was told that we would have to exchange and complete yesterday. Removal men arrived…we’ve still not completed and heard nothing. Not even to see if our buyer had been left on the side of the street overnight! No sign of my money!!!
