دھند اور سردی میں *حِنا* نے اپنی ریڑھی کھولی۔ 18 سال عمر، سر پر دوپٹہ، ہاتھ میں چائے کی کیتلی۔
ابا کا ایکسیڈنٹ ہوئے 3 مہینے ہو گئے۔ بستر پر ہیں۔ ماں بیمار۔ 3 چھوٹے بہن بھائی۔ FSC میں 85% لینے والی حِنا نے کتابیں سائیڈ پر رکھیں اور *چائے کی ریڑھی* لگا لی۔

_"چاچا، چائے 30 کی۔ انڈا پراٹھا 80 کا۔"_
_"بیٹا، 20 کی لگا دو؟"_
حِنا مسکرائی: _"چاچا، 20 کی لگا دی تو ابا کی دوائی کیسے آئے گی؟ آپ بڑے ہیں، آپ سے بحث نہیں کر سکتی۔ اللہ برکت دے گا۔"_

چاچا شرمندہ ہو کر 50 کا نوٹ دے گیا۔ _"رکھ لو بیٹی۔ دعا کرنا۔"_

*شام 7 بجے*
ڈپٹی کمشنر صاحب گزرے۔ رکے۔ چائے پی۔ پوچھا:
_"بیٹا، پڑھتی کیوں نہیں؟"_
حِنا: _"سر، پڑھتی ہوں۔ رات کو۔ دن میں گھر چلاتی ہوں۔ خواب ہے ڈاکٹر بنوں۔"_

ڈپٹی کمشنر نے فوٹو کھینچا۔ لکھا:
*"یہ اسلام آباد کی بیٹی ہے۔ 18 سال کی عمر میں گھر کا بوجھ اٹھایا ہے۔*
*آئیں، اس کی مدد کریں۔ اس سے خریداری کریں۔*
*اور پلیز... اس کے ساتھ کوئی بھاؤ تاؤ نہ کریں۔*
*کیونکہ بیٹیاں سانجھی ہوتی ہیں۔ یہ ہم سب کی عزت ہے۔"*

پوسٹ وائرل ہو گئی۔ اگلے دن ریڑھی پر رش۔ مگر کوئی بھاؤ تاؤ نہیں۔ سب نے عزت سے خریدا، دعا دے کر گئے۔

*سبق:*
*ریڑھی چھوٹی سہی، مگر بیٹی کا حوصلہ اسلام آباد سے بڑا تھا۔*
*30 کی چائے میں اگر 5 روپے کم کرواؤ گے، تو شاید اس کی بہن کی کتاب نہ آئے۔*
*اس لیے خریدو، دعا دو، اور بھاؤ تاؤ مت کرو۔*

*کیونکہ جب بیٹی گھر چلاتی ہے، تو وہ صرف اپنے گھر کی نہیں... ہم سب کی بیٹی ہے۔

Pakistan has taken an important step toward formalising its virtual asset ecosystem.

Following the enactment of the Virtual Assets Act, 2026, the State Bank of Pakistan has issued BPRD Circular Letter No. 10 of 2026, enabling regulated entities to open and maintain bank accounts for PVARA-licensed Virtual Asset Service Providers and their customers, subject to strict compliance and AML/CFT requirements.

This marks a transition from a previously restrictive environment to a structured, regulated framework.

Establishing regulatory clarity is a critical step in enabling sustainable growth, attracting investment, and building trust in the ecosystem.
