🔹 ఉత్తరప్రదేశ్‌లోని బల్లియా జిల్లాకు చెందిన ఏడేళ్ల రాగిణి ప్రమాదంలో ఒక కాలు దెబ్బతిన్నా చదువుపై పట్టుదల వీడలేదు.

🔹 మానియర్‌లోని ప్రైమరీ స్కూల్ దిఘేడాలో 1వ తరగతి చదువుతున్న రాగిణి.. ఇంటి నుంచి 400 మీటర్ల దూరంలోని పాఠశాలకు ఒక్క కాలిపై గెంతుతూ వెళ్తోంది.

🔹 తన ఇబ్బందులను అధికారుల దృష్టికి తీసుకెళ్లిన రాగిణి.. డీఎం అంకుల్ తనకు సైకిల్ ఇప్పించాలని వేడుకుంది.
