I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction regarding the eligibility status for the reward of Season 2.

I was a dedicated participant who onboarded the platform as an early believer. My contributions are substantial and verifiable: I successfully invited 1,227 people and accumulated over 200 million EXP later was reduced to 153 million EXP. I dedicated significant time, resources, and effort, operating in good faith with the expectation that my work would be rewarded fairly.

However, I was marked as "not eligible" for the reward. This decision is not only inexplicable but feels like a direct exploitation of user effort. If a user with this level of growth and engagement does not meet the criteria, the system is fundamentally flawed.

I am not alone in this experience. Recent community feedback indicates that many loyal users faced the same "not eligible" status despite completing tasks. It has been shared that only those who completed 100% or 120% of the RUV (Rigorous User Verification) tasks are guaranteed an allocation.

If this threshold was the hidden requirement, the lack of transparent communication regarding this specific verification benchmark is unacceptable and feels like moving the goalposts post-contest. I must request that you review my case manually to verify my invitation records and EXP earnings and reconsider my eligibility.

I urge you to stop exploiting users and uphold a transparent and fair standard for all participants.

I look forward to your prompt response and a fair resolution.
