On Saturday our Volunteers provided medical resources and operational support to the 2023 Sea2Summit adventure race in Westport with over 2,000 competitors. We were assisted on the day by @roscivildefence and @MurrayAmbulance working alongside @GardaTraffic and race organisers.

‼️ CLUB STATEMENT‼️
Last Sunday during our Men’s team’s Championship game vs St. Joseph's OCB Dublin one of our players suffered a cardiac arrest.
CPR was started immediately, a defibrillator was used, emergency services were called & the player was brought straight to hospital.
