Absolute nightmare with @TUIUK being cancelled due to a staff changeover, delayed 5 hours. there's even a @Ryanair flight in 2 hours to my destination, but no answer on @swissportNews phone line so can't book one of the free seats 🤦‍♂️

@DaniRabaiotti I did exactly this - if you get a rewrire remember you need to budget for plastering and redecorating, as if you're getting the wires inside the walls then they chop out the plaster to put them in there!

I've now spent close to 2 hours in chats with @virginmedia trying to change address. No way to speak to a real person. No solutions to simple problems. Compulsory extra charges. I can't recommend avoiding Virgin strongly enough. It's like customer service was back in the 90s.
