NSA Nuhu Ribadu is leading a high-level Nigerian delegation in Washington, D.C., for the US-Nigeria Joint Working Group meeting on counterterrorism and national security.

The talks are focused on reviewing security cooperation, addressing shared concerns, and strengthening bilateral defence collaboration. A separate bilateral defence meeting is also scheduled.

The engagement brings together senior Nigerian officials, including the Ministers of Foreign Affairs @NigeriaMFA , Defence, Finance and Interior, alongside the AGF and top military officials. The US delegation is led by Under Secretary of State Allison Hooker @UnderSecStateP

Overall, the meeting marks an important step in deepening Nigeria-US cooperation on security and counterterrorism.
