Today in Garowe, the Minister of Women Dev. & Family Affairs Puntland, Somalia, with the support of UNDP-JPLG, opened two days of a pre-election training for aspiring 72 women municipal council election candidates of three districts for campaign mgt, fundraising & message dev.
