At least a dozen innocent protesters have been confirmed dead, with hundreds more injured—many in critical condition. The death toll is rising exponentially, as hospitals across the capital continue to receive reports of dead bodies and critically injured protesters.

The people of Pakistan are enduring extreme oppression under a military-backed fascist regime that has resorted to direct firing on innocent civilians exercising their democratic right to peaceful protest. With death the toll rising rapidly and hundreds critically injured, hospitals are overwhelmed and running short of emergency medical supplies, and the crisis is worsening by the second.
