Open Advise to President William Ruto:

Your Excellency, I keep saying that I am proud we have known each other since 1992. And in our old age, we will both retire to Eldoret & be wheat & dairy farmers. Those surrounding you now met you the other day & will abandon you immediately your ship seems to want to sink. They won’t be there in your retirement.

Within the above context & with the most contrite of hearts, I urge that you resolve the issue with your Deputy, Rigathi Gachagua. Take the high road & end the impeachment. You don’t have to forgive him or explain anything. Just end the impeachment. And let him search his conscience on his own.

If the impeachment proceeds to its logical conclusion, there will be no winner. All Parties will be losers & the Country, the biggest loser. There will be national acrimony & closing of ranks by tribes.
