@AvantiWestCoast I bought an onboard standard premium upgrade on 1A75 (1843 LIV-EUS) today from the guard after Crewe. Guard asked me if I wanted receipt, said no, then guard just walked off without even giving me a ticket for the upgrade. Is this standard practice now?

@AvantiWestCoast am booked on the now-cancelled 0428 Glasgow to Euston in first class on Monday 23rd. Could I please have seat reservations in first class on the 0548 Glasgow-Crewe and the 0923 Crewe-Euston (this is now the fastest way to get into London)?

@GWRHelp can you tell me why gloucester to Reading via Worcester Parkway is not a permitted route? It seems incredibly reasonable especially when the mainline is closed due to engineering works. Is it just because nobody bothered to add it after the new station was opened?

@SW_Help this is utterly ridiculous, how can you cancel the last train to London from several stations on the south coast? I had to get a family member to drive me at high speed to Poole, I am thoroughly unimpressed.

@Schiphol you should probably fix this... Gate E21 was shown as being a 3 minute walk from the non-schengen lounge. It very much is not, I am a very fast walker and it took me much longer. Arrived at precisely the gate close time but only because I left several minutes early!

@CrossCountryUK On the ex-avanti 221s since the removal of the branded head pillows there now appears to be nothing inside the first class coach to label it as such. I will point out that @SouthernRailUK lost a court case due to insufficient labelling. I suggest window stickers.

@LNER your website made it clear I could do a season ticket refund at an LNER travel centre and that if I did it online it would take 28 days to process, losing a lot of money. I went to king's cross now and they told me I could only do it online. How do I avoid losing money?

@AerLingus booked a flight via BA (as I needed a return trip later than you provided), just phoned to book seats and was surprised to find that you can no longer select seats for free with a BA booking? Is this correct? Can provide Aer Lingus booking ref in DMs

@TartinoVerdi @seatsixtyone In the capital you would mostly hear English. But you really do hear it being spoken as a day-to-day language if you go to North Wales, it's very surprising as an Englishman the first time you do (but surprising in a good way, of course!)
