@NatWest_Help Your money is at risk full stop with NatWest. Twice you have “mislaid” my money and now you do t even return my calls or emails. You paid me compensation last time and made the same error just days later. I await your call.

@Longchamp your customer service is pretty poor at the minute - us everything ok? We have been trying to arrange a return for 2 weeks now and have been emailing customer services from different emails and no I’ve is getting back to us. We only gave a short time to do the returns.
@StarlingBank Starling you have been amazing - I’ve got all the information from you. Managed to contact Niamh In customer services who was very helpful I’ve got all the transaction refrence numbers BUT @NatWest_Help are saying they haven’t got the money.
@NatWest_Help so £800 left my account Tuesday from @StarlingBank and we gave supplied you with all the transaction details and number to trace the payment and you are saying you haven’t got the money. So I’m left £800 down and have spent all afternoon going around in circles
