The app shows i traveled to Palwal?? What i am in Gurgaon.
It shows i drive for 36 mins and 44 kms. That means my car traveling at a constant speed of 75 kms per hour, beating traffic or tolls.

Took a can barely 5-6 kms from my home. Total showed 286.

At the end it flashed 800+ money. Driver kept arguing. Never bothered to argue back. Gave money and raised it to customer care.

For a few days, the app said “Refund in Progress”. So I waited.

10 days → nothing.
15 days → still nothing.
1 month → zero movement.
Customer service? A nightmare.

May 9, I cancelled my Delhi-Bangalore round trip. Outbound on May 9 was too last-minute – fair enough, marked as a No Show.
The return (May 10) had ample time to cancel. Did it through call. MakeMyTrip rep confirmed:
"Return flight cancelled. Refund in 7-10 days. GST credit+."
