Even better @easyJet you put a CHILD on the emergency exit row!!! He had to move for take off and landing.

You had his DOB, confirmed by passport. Why? Why did you separate him from his family then make him move four times during the flight? Was it all to get the extra £40?

Absolutely incredible @easyJet. Spare seats on flight EZY2256 yet you couldn’t seat my 10 year old next to me unless I paid you £40+.

You should be absolutely ashamed of yourself.

@Tenpin_Bowling do you know there is an issue with redeeming vouchers through the app. Been like this for at least a month. You can book normally but you can’t use a voucher. It’s very annoying as I want to use it tomorrow for my son’s birthday! 🤬
