@AvivaUK it’s shocking a company like yourself is purposely not answering my insurer to admit liability for something that was clearly YOUR customers fault (driving into my car whilst the car was off in a space)…. The standard tactic of “if we don’t pick up, they’ll go away” eh?

I wonder if anyone has actually gotten into #shedfest… after sitting in standing traffic on a random country road 2 miles from the rally point gave up, if you’re going to have 11k people at an event you need to think about traffic, not direct everyone to the same W3W…

@parcelforce I’m not normally precious about deliveries and getting things within a specific time, but when I paid you £12 for delivery today and waited in all day for it, I kinda expect to receive it… I’m happy to do your job for you and get it myself 🙄

it’s not logical that I’d sit for 7 months with no electric but using gas on the same account🤦‍♂️ also maybe someone should have called me to say I “owe money” (I don’t) before seven months passed? Terrible practice to be treated like a criminal for someone that wasn’t my fault.

@BritishGasHelp I got a bill the other day and when querying it on the phone you’ve claimed I didn’t fill up my electric meter for 7 months months even though the electric literally turns off if I didn’t pay it! The person I spoke to also threatened to send me to debt collectors!
